Blog Post Topics That Are Sure to Succeed in 2022

We live in revolutionary times. Human communication has never been cheaper or more accessible. Although the opposite may seem true, more and more people are reading regularly. Blogging is the 21st century’s primary method of delivering written content. While book sales and news articles aren’t impressive, there is an increase in traffic when it comes to blogging.

Online writers can make a decent living blogging or working for a paper writing services. And if you want to follow this path, you must remember the golden rule of consistency.

Even a decent blog can disappear if your upload schedule is erratic. To maintain discipline in editing, you must avoid writer’s block. In this regard, some evergreen topics can be relied upon.

Guides and tutorials

In terms of topics for writing articles, this one will never go out of style. Why? Well, it’s because of the paradox of the modern world.

Today, people spend a quarter of their lives in school. Despite sixteen years of non-stop education, modern people are incompetent. In the tens of millions, adults cannot perform basic tasks such as changing a car tire or paying their taxes.

We are the most educated generation in human history, but we know nothing about the world. However, as a writer, you can make lemonade from these lemons.

Tutorials and guides will always be relevant as blog writing topics. It will be successful if the guide fits your general niche and is well explained. Moreover, search engines also love these posts, as they drive traffic and bring in additional revenue.

And in case you’re wondering if you’re qualified enough to write guides, don’t worry. You’d be amazed at the level of simplicity required.

Sometimes you don’t need to complicate things too much when selecting the best topics for writing articles. For example, I recently had a problem with aphids eating my petunias. I googled the problem and read a guide on how to get rid of it.

The article began with a brief description of the insects themselves. Then he told me how to soak garlic in water with baking soda and spray it on the bugs. The writer managed to stretch this to 500 words and get my opinion. He/she managed to write this tutorial, although I doubt he/she is an expert in pest removal.

By the way, if English is your second language, you can make a decent living by translating and adapting content into your native language.

Personal experience

Content writing topics should not be approached as a riddle to be solved.

When you talk to another person, what do you do? Well, most of us tell stories about our experiences. I use the word “stories” because we usually cut out the boring parts and just structure the relevant events into a narrative.

A gigantic subsection of the “let me tell you what happened to me” category of posts is the travel blog. Some people make a decent amount of money traveling and telling you about it.

Watching others have fun and living vicariously through them is another strange quirk of human psychology. We watch others travel, eat good food, or play video games, instead of doing those things ourselves.

Goal-oriented messages

One of the best topics to write about is progressive improvement. Our minds work like goal-oriented machines. We get our will to live by chasing dreams and milestones, and it’s fun to watch someone gradually improve.

That’s why people hate a fictional character who is good at everything. Without the struggle and the will to improve, the existence of humans is bland and uninteresting. Video games, movies, and even athlete PR teams attempt to build this story of constant, incremental improvement to succeed in life.

Let’s say, for example, that you are documenting your weight loss journey. Guaranteed, the lessons and struggles learned along the way will make for interesting posts.

Even in video formats, one of the trending topics today is a variation of “I tried diet X for 30 days.” Bodybuilding, learning to play the guitar, or even building a cabin in the woods can be interesting to document.

Top 10

At this point, you’re just playing dirty. Another quirk of human psychology is that we seem to be addicted to countdowns. Some writers spend weeks and sleepless nights researching a topic. They polish every word and check every paragraph. And despite this effort, a guy who writes a “top 10” article in 30 minutes gets 8 times more clicks.

Of all the trending topics, the “top 10” is the cheapest and laziest form of writing. Top ten movies, top ten cars, top 10 characters from a show, and more.

The trick is that everything you write is stretched. You don’t need to be an expert. Shallow and superficial knowledge is enough to write a top 10. Moreover, it is a generally quick article to produce. Some best sites for essay writing have turned to these simplistic articles because they bring in the most views.

Even knowing all of this won’t spare you the call. I regularly watch the top 10 videos, even though I realize the trick.

In the old movies, the king would feed someone from his plate first, to see if the food was poisoned. Nowadays, the person fed is called a critic.

The same logic remains: someone tries something before you, so you, the consumer, don’t waste your limited time and money. There will always be a demand for content review, and that’s a good job to do.

Tech blogs in particular are getting a lot of attention, since electronics tend to get yearly updates and there’s a lot of competition in the field. Many trending article topics are linked to the electronic versions.

Even brilliant writers need their daily bread. Not every blog post will make readers cry and reconsider their lives. Sometimes you just need to post for search engine rankings and consistency. The topics discussed today will probably never go out of style.
